I just won my Motion to Quash three (3) Grand Jury Subpoena Duces Tecum in Lampasas District Court.  My client had not been arrested or indicted and the Lampasas County DA was trying to force him to produce evidence that might be used against him.  You can only win these motions if you file them and they are critically important to the client.
